Increases the population limits of the wandering Patrols. Will not affect Patrols already out and about, only newly sent ones.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Download the August Mod Unlocker and follow the provided installation instructions.
2. Download the main file for this mod.
3. Extract the “Bellwright” folder into the main game directory.
- All .pak mods should be placed in the following folder:
