Paste the present .ini file in C:\Users\(name)\AppData\Local\Biomutant\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor and you will notice that motion blur is no more. Success!! You can also use this mod to remove bloom by using notepad++. Overall have fun and enjoy!

To do so open the .ini file with notepad and right "0" in front of an effect you want disables and "1" if you want something to be enabled
