Black Myth Wukong uses a custom build of UE5 tailored for the game. We cannot get this from the Epic store, it's a custom version of UE5.0. In order to create pak files that work with the game we need the version of UnrealPak specific to the custom build of UE used for Wukong.
I see lots of pak file mods being released, so there must be a tool or solution here that folks have access to. If someone could share the process or files being used to create these pak files it would be greatly appreciated and expand the modding community and mods available.
Did you do anything new? I think these Chinese don't answer to anyone except themselves and they are very selfish, otherwise they would at least tell us how to introduce the game to Model F. I found something to open the packs, but it is incomplete, it only extracts two gigs out of 15 gigs. The reason is the custom version of UE5.0
I'm pretty sure that quickbms extracts all of the files. You can find necessary script and aes key at cs rin ru. There is still a problem with repacking though
repak.exe doesnt do anything, when dropping testmod folder on it with data file inside, it opens a command window and then closes immediately, what do I do?
Please tell us how you opened the file .pak In the first step, the Fmodel does not show the game files at all. I can do everything with UnrealPakTool. And secondly, where did you find the AES encryption key ? Many people are waiting for this, so maybe when they finish their work, they will be able to solve your problem as well or If it is not possible to give my answer here, please email it to me
