The file is now a .zip file. I don't see a difference but there you go. -

the shatter blade has many pieces the come apart and snap back together with the click of a button I thing it would be really cool if the staff split in half

So far so awesome.
But my only "iisue" would be, that it is packed as a .rar archive instead of .zip (which is natively supported on windows), and that the files are loose within the .rar archive, instead of a folder. Still seems to work great so far.
And a quick question, do you perhaps plan to make a quarterstaff aswell? Sadly I can't find any (good) quarterstaff mod, and really would love to have one in the game xD-
I don't know what a Quarterstaff is... Kinda looks like a regular staff to me

A quarterstaff is usually about a hand's length longer than the intended user is tall, but for ease of use ingame something between shoulder height and average character/NPCs height in the game would be ideal I think, so it would not clip the ground and get stuck if you sheathed it in the shoulder holsters or when unsheathing it.

Well, as you already have two staves in this mod, I think it would be logical to add it into this mod, and I kinda like the looks of your current staves, so if you'd prefer to make it in the same optics, that would be just as awesome as a new mod would be. Up to you, if you decide to do it.

I can definitely do both! The Quarterstaff is just a long cylindrical wooden stick in that video you referenced!

Yeah, to be honest it's basically just an oversized broom handle xD but one that can easily fracture skulls even through armor... It's a devastating, and readily available, weapon.

An Installation guide! One thing I forgot...
Locate your mods folder G:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\Common\Blade & Sorcery\BladeAndSorcery_Data\StreamingAssets\Mods
In that folder the mod should be extracted to \R3zStaff\manifest.json
Should look like this G:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\Common\Blade & Sorcery\BladeAndSorcery_Data\StreamingAssets\Mods\R3zStaff\manifest.json
