Copy the folder FremenEyes to \Blade & Sorcery\BladeAndSorcery_Data\StreamingAssets\Mods\

You can edit the eye color and glow amount in user_settings.json.

Note: Player eyes during character selection will be normal, but will turn blue during gameplay.
