      Lets say its Magical blood, since in the Blood Magic mod the mod is Neon so it will make it up.


      While you are slicing through NPC's you of-course take their magic out of their body there for making them draw out more blood since drawing out magical blood out someones body does take a great toll on your body (Theoretically)

      you can legit look in the file yourself. the RGB is at 1 1 1 any darker will result in transparency

      there were some blood pool mods on U11, you could take a look and maybe try to figure out a way.

      there was also a guy saying he would add blood splats but he never did cuz he got his PC taken away.
