NEW VERSION
U need to have Vsync ON for the cutscenes to work.
Cutscene fix separated into another check box, enable it with 60 fps v2
For the rest of the game us the option 60 fps (for the rest of the game).
Also adds the best code for 60 fps cloth physics (credits to Kyo for figuring out which number needed to change)

Just drop the file into ur shadps4 folder and overwrite the file on shad repository, if u use goldhen it will not show, u need to change to shadps4 and run those patches.
