There is a bug on the latest release build of shadPS4 (0.7.0 and it's Nightly builds), where the effects break in a lot of scenarios. Fire in Central Yharnam not rendering, the Doll's particles as it increases your level and the crucifixes in Gherman's boss fight, to name a few, either don't render at all or do not render properly. Disabling the mod, at least for now, is advised for every player that does not mind playing on 30fps instead.
Build currently used: Nightly release March 29th. i5-9400F, RX Radeon 5500 XT, 16GB DDR4, installed on 7200rpm HDD, only other mod installed being Vertex Explosions Fix. -

Cutscenes fix mod changed the special effects of boss Logarius: When he put his sword in the ground, blood will be continuously sprayed in the sky. Is this a necessary change for this mod?

Just came by to say thank you for the mod, it helped in the Ebrietas and Ludwig fights, both were crashing a lot for me. Cheers!

Anyone with the starting enemy killing you or any other sfx crashes after applying this fix, try going to ShadPS4 graphics settings and changing back to default (1080p).

Hypogean Gaol seems to still be broken as far as I can tell, I got there and the "crash on hitting an enemy" problem came back

I don't get if this mod does ANYTHING for AMD CPUs, can anyone let me know? Is this only a fix for Intel?
How is it different from "Bloodborne PC SFX Fix All Effects NO Crashes for INTEL" and which one should you install first (on Intel, asking for my friend) since it seems they overwrite eachother? should i just ignore on AMD? Please help-
I am also wondering the same since it says "Intel" everywhere but then in the description specifically states:
"Thanks to Rin for their tireless testing now that one of us is on AMD!"
^ Well if it's Intel only why does testing on AMD matter? Does this do anything for AMD or does it not? Mod creator, please help lmao
What I would definitely recommend is if this is saying the creator is on AMD now but their friend Rin is on Intel, would be maybe remove the whole mention of AMD because it's confusing

I've tried using both versions at the same time (overwriting SFXR Tesselation with the 60fps cutscene fix, as instructed) but I still can't get to Ludwig's second phase. As soon as the screen fades I'm stuck in a black screen still listening to his OST, and my only option is to alt f4. Any tips, anyone?
I've tried mashing start as soon as the screen fades, as I've read that somewhere on reddit, but that only makes the game crash-

Ok so I've just now beaten Ludwig's second phase and fixed my problem.
Download this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/bloodborne/mods/163 (60 fps cutscene fix and HIghest possible resolution (on patch))
And, in order to install it, drag it into your shadps4 folder, NOT into your Bloodborne game folder.
Replace it in shadPS4 > user > patches
NOT in Bloodborne > dvdroot_ps4 > user > patches
Now you can acess more options in ''patches/cheats'', in your shadps4 launcher. There will be a different check box called ''60fps Cutscene fix'' or something along those lines.

I am writing this as I can not find this information anywhere. I am playing on a Ryzen and with the latest nightly build. Do I need the sfx fix or is this already integrated in the emu? I am checking the screenshots and not 100% sure.

ok, i found out, this is happening because there is no enough ram or smth, ram spikes so its crashes.
