This mod's author initially shared it as an executable. The problem was the mod no longer work after a game update and the author just ditched it. Check out the forum thread linked in this mod's description to see if you can find the version which worked with the initial exe mod.
I really wish there were some other way to fix this other than a Cheat Engine script. There are several reasons why I do not want that program on my PC, but that FOV changing while sprinting is causing issues for me, and its pretty annoying. If there is anyone that provides a fix that doesn't use that malware, please let me know. I will not download Cheat Engine, so looks like for the time being I'm just gonna move on to a different game that doesn't have these issues.
Agreed, unfortunate Gearbox and/or 2K didnt include an option for these things, and the .ini files dont have an option for those settings. It's one of those games that has always had a bad case of motion sickness.
And installing/using CheatEngine is like having unprotected sex with a prostitute.
Any chance of getting one of these for Pre-Sequel? There's one for BL1 (at least a replacement exe) but Pre-Sequel is now the only game in the series on PC that you can't disable shake in. I've heard Pre-Sequel has headbob *and* camera shake from some effects, so it sounds like a double whammy of motion sickness.
I've been trying to get this to work for about 3 hours of messing around over 2 days, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to make it work. I've tried Vortex and manual downloads, both BLCMM and Exodus, extracting directly to Win32. I'm at a total loss, please help?
welp this particular mod is simply a CheatEngine script, you wont need BLCMM, Exodus or anything else. Get CheatEngine at https://www.cheatengine.org/. After installing CE just double click the provided .CT file, select Borderland 2 process, tick the 2 options and it should work.
I can totally relate to you, spent quite amount of time on figuring how to get BLCMM and Hexedit to work myself. It can be a bit tricky if you're running pir@ted version of the game. But if you just want this particular mod, it should be very simple.
Just grabbing with Vortex doesn't work so i used the instructions from Luviaz and now it does. Endorsed! Now just the weapon bobs :D But the screen doesn't so no more headaches.

Edit: Messing around with SteamTinkerLauncher and I managed to get CE open but as expected I am unable to enable any option.
