Would you consider making a modification for quest 3 contollers? I don't have controller vibration both on my CV1 and my Quest 3. But I remember having it back when the game first released for cv1. I think a random update broke it... thanks
Thank you SO MUCH for this mod! You've made the game playable! I also tried changing the gun yaw, but it unfortunately does nothing to fix the famous crosshair issue. It rotates the gun in your hand, but it keeps the crosshair in that same position, which is not in the correct spot. I should have taken a screenshot... but still, I just turn off the crosshair. I don't really need it.
I think the crosshair can't be fixed by changes in the weapon settings. It looks like the crosshair is a separate entity which should be fixed in its own piece of code.
It's a much nicer cleaner HUD, but I lose my minimap and BAMF indicator. I am really glad that this game has someones attention! lol Thanks. I do hope you'll continue to improve it.
I appreciate the effort. Thanks. I was able to get the map to show up using your instructions. It is scaled into a rectangle but it is workable.... I still don't have a Bamf meter tho. I tried messing with the HUDData 25 under UILayoutDefinition_HUD_PSVR which mentions slow mo.... but I can't even get it to apear on screen. I really don't know what I doing lol. I will keep trying. Thanks!
Thank you for the mod but I'm having trouble seeing the hud at all. I'm using a PSVR2 and the minimap is gone even though it's set to on in the settings. Also when someone talks it's too far to the right so I can barely see anything.
1) I uploaded a new version with lower maximum pitch for Echo messages. 2) I have added instructions how to return the minimap. You can change UI according to your preference and with help from screenshots. Different headsets have different displays.
