As requested by someone in the comments, added a full set of Anarchy shotguns. Base damage from roughly 500x20 to about 1000x20. Mag size from 8 to 15. Enjoy!

Changed relic from bonus reload speed to bonus area of effect damage as requested in comments. Respeced a bit to better fit this build. Took off short fuse so splash damage doesn't 1 shot using the anarchy. Put some points in red tree and moved green tree

Added x2 yellowcake. Class mod now +6 into desperate measures. Moved some points around for auto bear with some other supporting perks. Took away from grenades max (regen so high don't need 14 of them) and iron bank (hardly made a difference in clip size
