The original authors (fearlessrevolution website, his name is ShyTwig16 (who has not given consent for his work to be posted here btw)) retired the script.
There is a table by Csimbi on the cheat engine forums, who updated the work of ShyTwig who originaly updated the work of STN. So credit to all 3 for the latest table. Works fine for me, some crashes can still happen since BL3 isn't the most stable to begin with. Csimbis table only contains LUA based scripts.

you have to download CheatEngine, and then use this cheat table in cheat engine, and if you need to know how to do that then there are TONS of tutorials about how to use cheat engine on youtube
