New engine: RWD version of the standard DOHC turbo engine
Reworked engines: vanilla I4 DOHC and DOHC turbo; this engine is based on the Ford Duratec so I have heavily reworked it to be more realistic and detailed. LOTS of changes, fixes, new parts etc. Renamed engine to I4 2.0L DOHC; Range Rover 204PT engine is based on the same engine so it has the same changes (in the future it will have more changes)
Reworked engines: vanilla I4 SOHC, all 3 versions; has the same changes as above engines since it shares many parts. Renamed engine to I4 1.6L SOHC
Reworked engine: vanilla I4 diesel RWD changed to be same as the new FWD / AWD versions
New configs: several new I4 diesel configs (so you get more variety in repair orders)
New config: F150 Raptor (Salem Rex) config with the V8 4x4 Supercharged engine and bigger tires
New config: 2017 Mustang GT350 config with the Voodoo engine and larger tires like the real car; unfortunately no body kit available for now
New parts: aluminum and carbon fiber driveshafts as tuned parts

Changes to I4 Turbo (BFM / 4x4) engine:
- fixed timing belt (had wrong texture)
- added missing crankshaft timing sprocket and fixed belt models to fit (also fixed some clipping)
- added head bolts
- fixed cam gear bolt (replaced with bolt with washer and corrected position)
- added high-performance tuned turbo, intake and exhaust manifolds
--- both manifolds had to be adjusted for improved clearance of new parts so the overall size of the engine is slightly larger - some clipping in very tight configs is possible
- improved stock turbo model (added some details)
- added new parts (all based on the real engine):
--- oil filter housing (separated from block model)

--- high-pressure fuel pump (+ tuned version)
