   Very nice map and layout. If you want to improve it, you forgot the airport area. The road layout is still on LHD and works poorly with the roads switched to RHD

   A few things I noticed, low-density residential does not spawn and the entrance to the airport is not aligned properly (one-ways).

   What is the difference between the 2 versions?

      It's because I've start one to play on it, and the other to edit if I found missed roads I forget to delete the playing one =) I will edit this soon =) thanks for you post.
      
      You can delete the second ZIP file in the folder, I've update the file =)
