Latest version gives me a long loop (3+ minutes) at the floating petals screen with intro skip turned on, turning intro skip off solves it but then obviously have to sit through the intros
1. You can use the No Intro Mod here on Nexus instead, which includes a .bat file to automatically delete the problematic cache every time you start the game. 2. You can keep using ClairObscurFix's No Intro option and manually edit the cache files (only have to do this once). Instructions to do so are on this Github post: https://github.com/Lyall/ClairObscurFix/issues/11#issuecomment-2843485844
The author of ClairObscurFix should probably sticky such information on the mods main page or here in discussions, as it's a commonly asked question on how to fix this issue.
I can't open the developer console. Is the tilde key only functional on US keyboards? I've got a nordic keyboard and I've pressed the tilde key an ungodly number of time and absolutely nothing happens. I enabled the console in the .ini file, saved, reopened the game. Other options from the mod work as intended, but accessing the console isn't working. It is the key with this guy on right ~? I have to do altgr+¨ to get that symbol and I don't think it's compatible with how this mod works.
You can change the keybind in an Input.ini file like so: [/Script/Engine.InputSettings] ConsoleKeys=F10 Goes in the same directory as an Engine.ini file.
seems like not working for me last cutscene in aline i'm getting below 20fps and in other it helps lil bit to increase fps up to 40 but sometimes drop below 30 too, any suggestions?
Seems not to work for me on my Steam Deck. I still see the Splash Screens when starting the Game: I installed the Files into: /home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Expedition 33/ And edited the Launch Options to: ~/fgmod/fgmod %COMMAND% WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dsound=n,b" %command%

[/Script/Engine.InputSettings]
ConsoleKeys=F10
Goes in the same directory as an Engine.ini file.
For anyone using steam..
%localappdata%\Sandfall\Saved\Config\Windows
Create an Input.ini
Don't forget to right-click properties and set to read-only.

For clarity:
Navigate to your local save folder, usually:%LocalAppData%\Sandfall\Saved\
Delete all *.ushaderprecache and *.upipelinecache.
Create an empty file named:Sandfall_PCD3D_SM6.upipelinecache
Set it to Read‑Only so the game can’t recreate it later
That empty, read‑only file fools the game into skipping shader rebuilds, and the intro loop won’t occur – and you only have to do this once.
I installed the Files into: /home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Expedition 33/
And edited the Launch Options to: ~/fgmod/fgmod %COMMAND% WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dsound=n,b" %command%
The first half was already written into this....
What am I missing?
