I found this to be the easiest way to manually install the Kane's Wrath Unofficial Big Bang Patch;
1. Create a new folder to your Kane's Wrath Core folder, and name it "1.4", just like there is 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2. -As an example; D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer 3 - Kane's Wrath\Core\1.4 2. Copy the "Unofficial Patch 1.04_0.3_Misc.big", "Unofficial Patch 1.04_0.3_Streams.big" and the "config.txt" to the 1.4 folder you just created. 3. Edit the "config.txt" and add the following line at the bottom of the list;
add-config ..\1.2\config.txt
This tells the mod's config file to load the official files also.
4. open the "CNC3EP1_english_1.2.SkuDef" (located in your games main folder) in a text editor, and change; add-config Core\1.2\config.txt to add-config Core\1.4\config.txt
Now the game should load the unofficial patch without a problem. Optionally, if you want to load the mod for your world builder also;
5. edit the "CNC3_wb_1.0.cfg" (located in your games main folder) with a text editor and change; try-add-config Core\1.2\config.txt to try-add-config Core\1.4\config.txt
At least for me it is simpler and thus easier to follow the official logic how the game loads it's files, instead of adding mods in a totally different place.
If you still want to try it out and have these issues, Try this guide: https://www.moddb.com/mods/kanes-wrath-unofficial-patch-104/tutorials/how-to-run-unofficial-big-bang-patch-104
Hit a bit of an edge case, but the moment I gained access to all subfactions' techs the game will crash (notably on the test map that shows all the mod's content).
Also, anyway to alter the support powers UI? Would help prevent support powers stretching across the entire screen and obstructing the build menu. (Would honestly be useful for any mod to make the support powers not screw up the UI)
The MOD works well in my Laptop, so fun to play with. How I wish the make the sandstorm available once more and add ballistic depth-charge weapons to Mastodon.

Steel Talons-
Armory added;
Inside the Armory-
Field Medicine- Replaces power packs; all ST infantry heal when out of combat (Halo Wars equivalent is the Medic upgrade)
EMP Grenades- same as for the other GDI factions (side note- ZOCOM Grenadiers get automatic grenade launchers)
Reinforced bunkers- Replaces composite armor/tib field suits; Riflemen Bunkers can no longer be breached, increased bunker health (50%?)
Some sort of stealth technology also seems appropriate considering they sat on that tech for 20 years. Maybe stealth titans or wolverines? :D
Titans start at Vet 1 rather than Vet 0
Anti air batteries return, missile batteries go to ZOCOM. ST keeps the Sandstorm
STEALTH TITANS.
ZOCOM-
Riflemen start at Vet 1
