    Great mod dude I love it. Anyway of stopping it from working on speedometers though in cars? I find it hard to read while driving.

      I'm having a look at this today - I think there might be a way around it. (edit - this should be fixed now)  This is fixed for some cars that use the "Digital readout" font, but not for others. Working on it!

    Really nice, using this for sure, but can I suggest some sans-serif fonts for the diegetic text (in the world) and use the Serif fonts for menus only etc?

    Because it is a bit strange to see the bookish typefaces on terminals and elevator panels etc. Terminals in Blade Runner are quite basic.

    I was just reading this article which is really great: https://typesetinthefuture.com/2016/06/19/bladerunner/

    Some really good terminal fonts would be probably Eurostile, or even Old Block Black which resembles the ENVIRON CTR PURGE display

    I tried to do this myself, but every time I tried to import / convert a TTF into FNT with Wolvenkit, I get an error: invalid key: 'fnt' error so I haven't been able to make font mods.

      Great suggestions, thank you.

      I'll have to do some testing to figure out which font is used for what. I've already done limited testing and it looks like the UI and 90% of in world text use the same typeset so we might not have much luck. I'll mess about with them and see if I can, fingers crossed!

      Nope it's not possible with my skills I'm afraid. Terminals use a mix of raj semibold and raj bold, which are both used in the UI. Imgur link below gives you an example - I've only swapped out the 4 variants of rajdhani, which is only a quarter of the total typefaces in the game, and this is what the map screen looks like:

      https://imgur.com/a/9VRuWaG

      (edit - after doing a bit more poking around, it'd be a big task to figure out what is used where. Eg Subtitles use rajdhani bold or semibold like the district names on the map and the highway signs, but overhead subtitles use another font, and the street name signs another; N54/WNS news chirons & scrollers are font based too. It's Goudy or go home sadly)

      (edit 2 - I've uploaded an optional file which you might prefer - defo not perfect)

      I actually think I will keep using the default version of this mod. It doesn't bother me too much, the font is nice and creates the effect I want (pairs well with a bunch of unreleased mods made and I am using).

      I think what I am interested in most is just the opportunity of the font variety already present in Cyberpunk to introduce more fonts reminiscent of blade runner / Ridley Scott films in general from that era. And to be able to use a mod like this without resorting to just having one font for the whole game. Because there's a few different typesets I associate with that film.

      I haven't been able to successfully convert TTF to FNT myself, but maybe I can mishmash this with other font replacers to get my desired effect.

      EDIT: IMO, it could be this:

      Raj -> Goudy
      Orbitron -> Eurostile
      Inconsolata -> Times new roman?
      BlenderPro -> ITC Cheltenham (or similar)
      Arame -> Helvetica
      Arial -> Eurostile again, maybe?
      Digital Readout -> Old Block Black Mono

      I am trying to do exactly this, but still haven't cracked how to allow Wolvenkit to do the ttf conversion

      For the conversion, all I do is select the engine and bin folders in the asset browser (right hand side, check "browse mods" and find mine), then go to Tools > Export Tool, make sure it's picked up on the .fnt files, then export all. Navigate to the "Raw" folder - this is where the fnt files are now, but they have been converted to ttfs and can be swapped with user ttf files (renamed of course). When done, go to Tools > Import Tool, wait for the list to populate, and then click import all.

      For me the diminishing returns makes font variation not really worth it. Orbitron is used, for example, on the Araska net site and I haven't found it anywhere else! The key would be editing whatever files determine what fonts are used where, but from what I gather you'd need to use redscript.

      Digital readout is used where you have segmented characters, and the underlying grid (the number 8) is often visible which makes regular fonts looks wrong.

      (Edit - I've updated now to only replace Raj which hopefully should more diverse. Even a bit of variety is better, I agree, and at least the net sites will look a little less 90s)

    Sadly no support for Polish text. A lot of missing characters. In case anyone wonders. Also this should be used just for menus as it looks a bit odd in the game itself. Otherwise great mod.

       Please see the posts below about why it's not possible to separate UI text from in game text - tl;dr they use the same font file so you can't change one without the other. I have included an optional file which minimises serif fonts in the game world.

      Polish language support isn't going to happen unfortunately, same with cyrillic, turkish, hungarian, japanese, chinese, vietnamese etc. This was a simple mod to make so feel free to add your own localisation in time honoured Nexus tradition.

    However, I noticed a problem, I play the game in French and several letters with accents are missing and are not displayed either in lowercase or in uppercase.

    Here is the list of missing characters :

    à , â , ä , é , è , ê , ë , ï , î , ô , ö , ù , û , ü , ÿ , ç

    Â, Ê, Î, Ô, Û, Ä, Ë, Ï, Ö, Ü, À, Æ, æ, Ç, É, È, Œ, œ, Ù

    Can you add them ? Thank you

      Sorry to you and the poster above but no - the .ttf file I'm using doesn't seem to have those characters. I'll update the mod title.

    Thank you very much, it’s great ! I hope one day a talented modder will share with us a mod to change the appearance of V with a model of Harrison Ford like in the movie Blade Runner.
