I've not tried it myself, but that'd be easier than what I had in mind. Just give it a shot and let me know how it went, doubt it would cause any issues.
I set all that folders access permissions to "deny" globally and it completely stopped the logs from being generated and stopped the crash program from running after CTD!
Just realized how old this is LOL. Anyway, this mod is not needed if you dont wat to actually destroy the crash reporter. go to %LocalAppData%\REDEngine\ReportQueue, right click, open security, and remove all access permissions to that folder. When you're done you should have an empty folder just sitting there. As long as that folder is there, it will block all logs from being generated.
This has annoyed me enough that I spent an hour or so relearning to code and compile C under Windows, only to realize that a completely empty file will do the trick as well.
Wish we'd get something along the lines of a 'proper' crashlog at some point. What we get now is in no way useful to a layman... or really most people honestly.
Works like a charm, I'm using MO2 w/Root Builder and for some reason I was getting the "crash report" window every time even though I always exited gracefully.

I have a question, can I set folder
%LocalAppData%\REDEngine\ReportQueue
to ReadOnly to avoid log being written?Just realized how old this is LOL. Thanks for the tip :)
I found 450 mbs in my crash queue, and that's with only 65 hours played.
