BUT THE VALUES ARE TOO HIGH/LOW: Edit values inside with any text editor, I tried my best to keep them easy to understand and edit with comments.

- Balanced out Byakko's crowd combat and 1-vs-1 capability.
- Make the Byakko's infinite combo and increased attack speed buff also applied when landing a critical hit (which is quite easy at late game with stats, cyberwares and Sandevistan but not that OP on early game).
