Can somebody tell me how to make Teleport Gateway System's window to be resizable? Content of the window seems to be cutted off. I'm unable to see all buttons and checkboxes. I think, the mod should be updated for new version of CET.
Not sure, it was long ago. I guess it was 2k on that moment. Anyway, I'm on Steam now with new playthrough on v2.1. I'm going to start without teleporting for now.
Update released! The new Version 3.72 has the following changes: Updated for Game Patch 2.1. Fixed an issue with the interface window being the wrong size due to changes in the newer CET. Fixed a few bugs that appeared as a result of the new CET versions.
I didn't wanna put this in bugs if it might be something on my end but is anyone having the problem where you auto run after teleporting?
Basically I will walk over to the teleport location normally, teleport, and then the second I load into the new spot I'm just walking forward without pressing any buttons, and I can't stop. I have to wait about a minute before it randomly stops on its own. Jumping, dashing, tabbing out, none of that works. I just have to wait.
It's not... gamebreaking... but it is kinda annoying so I wanted to see if anyone has had that issue. Thanks.
Oh also, my load order is very slim right now. I'm just running some custom complexion for V, and a bunch of decor presets. nothing else that effects locations or walking or loading, as far as I'm aware.
It's something to do with the keypress buffering on teleporting. I have been trying to see if there is a resolve for quite a while now, in fact since I created the original version of the mod. As far as I can tell, it has nothing to do with any other mods because it still happens if only CET and TGS are installed.
To stop the walk, just tap the forward key again and it will stop. One way I have found that helps mitigate it happening is to stop just before the gateway, then tap the forward key and let momentum carry you through. If it is done right, the stuck walk doesn't happen.
Oh, idk how I never thought to stop it by moving forward. That's not too bad at all. All in all, the mod is still very cool and useful despite this feature.
I also noticed that if you inch towards the teleport button, as opposed to walking right at it, it's less likely to happen. So definitely ways to get around it.
Sometimes when I load my saves I'm not getting the "player current position" when opening the mod screen. X Y Z Heading are all at 0000. Also "teleport here" don't work. Have to hit CET "reload all mods" to fixing it, position and functions. Previous version always worked since loading the saves.
Thanks for the update, loving the map pins. Happy new year!
I have updated some of the help photos to now reflect what the map pins look like, as well as show some of the new gateways. The new instructions have been uploaded too. I have not yet updated the CET key bindings help as that has completely changed.
It might help convince more players to download your mod if you include screenshots of the new map markers. If possible, I would also like some visual indicator in 3D space to show where the teleport locations are.
I will be updating the pics associated with the mod. That will need to be another day as I am hot and worn out. The new map pin addition also ads 3D space pins too. The always visible option will also allow you to view them through walls.
That's amazing! This is becoming a must-download mod for sure. I wonder if I'll need want this for all the locations added by Appearance Menu Mod. Here's a list of mods I've tracked that use AMM.
I use Sci-Fi Room in my setup and have a gateway between V's and there. You can add your own how you like. My next update will allow for importing and merging existing Gateway databases.
Amazing update! -map positions adds a lot to immersion- and that importing feature will be very helpful (have tons of teleports hehe) Thanks again for the great mod.

I love exploring and quite often I do stuck in textures. So, I need some other solution than load the save.
