Hi, this tattoo mod is compatible only with VTK bodies so you need to use a VTK body to the tattoo appear on your V. I checked and you can use Vortex to install all mods that you need. Below i'll show you an example using VTK Vanilla Body.
Go to the VTK Vanilla Body mod page VTK FemV - Vanilla HD - Togglable Feet Body and Textures - Plus Resources, donwload and install all parts of the body (Vanilla Body HD - Body +Vanilla Body HD - Head + Vanilla Body HD - Cyberarms OR Vanilla Body HD - Arms). Use Cyberarms version if you are using cyberarm (Launcher, Gorilla, Mantis or Monowire), if you are not using cyberarms use the Arms version. After that, install this tattoo and now it will work. Here it is a file list you'll have inside the main mod folder Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod if you want to check if all the files you need are installed.
