Hey, I don't know if you still answer to the comments but, its worth a shot, i think i've installed eveyrything correctly but, the options of both the rayfield aerondight and this one are kind of glitched, the buttons appear on the interface but, without any text so i dont know what each option does. Like, theres a bunch of buttons without any text on the settings menu and i just have no idea what they're supposed to say Plus my Caliburn got destroyed and it wont repair itself, I respawned it and it was still smashed and rusty after exploding, reloaded a save but i have no idea how to make this and the rayfield aerondight mod work. Will be looking for an answer as I loved the idea of these mods
Hello. I need help in making this mod function. I'm pretty sure that I installed it properly. I've been trying to fiddle with the settings but I really can't seem to make any changes.
Let's start with something simple. Changing the wheels. I want to use the "Premium" wheels since I think it looks cool. I go ahead to the mod settings, click "Wheel configuration." And then I set "Wheel Model" to "Premium." I didn't touch anything else, I didn't click anything else. I go back to my Caliburn but it's still the default wheels.
If possible, someone please make a step by step guide on how to operate this mod. Because I'm sure it works I might just be the one who has the issue.
Hey hgyi56 I wanted to let you know. I was having an issue were the skins didnt appear for the caliburn but were working correctly with the aerondight. Finally figure it out. The AMM mod (which is a pretty common mod) can "interrupt" this mod from working correclty. You need to make sure the skin applied and saved to the car in AMM is the skin from this mod for the changes to be visible. Basically any mod than can change the skin of the car could potentially have this problem. I bet more than one person has run into this issue and didnt notice.
I have for some reason does not want to work this mod. Installed all the dependencies, but when I go into the game stops work crystal dome on the caliburn, and any mod settings, presets, etc. When I crash the car the crystal dome applies some color. I do not know what the problem. Also installed modded transportation with virtual dealer
I just found it where it was. If you want clear glass and a different hood color, go to the hood category, switch the glass type to other, change to specified color, then switch back to clear glass. This should change the color around the hood lid, but retain the clear glass.
Was there ever a solution to the transparent vehicle bug?
Im having the same issue. I Had the caliburn spyder mod installed so I figured maybe it was that, so I removed that vehicle from my garage then uninstalled the mod, but still having a 50% transparent caliburn. It's only the crystal coat version and oddly enought the other player buyable rayfield. all the other in game rayfields like NPC and murkmobile are totally fine
I've been wracking my brain trying to figure out the utility light situation and I just can't get these things to turn on.
My multi-tap for 1-F1 works for some of the multi-taps, and in the mapping for EVS I've confirmed this, but before I start playing around with the mapping I just want to make sure I'm not missing something obvious, like making sure I'm using a certain material as the base for the lights to work properly when doing a 3 click multi-tap of 1-F1.
Normally I'm not one to ask for help, but I'm feeling a little inept at this point. I apologize if you've answered before.
F1+1 will not toggle light state. It only serves the purpose of switching between default light settings and custom ones (if any). For this to have any effect the light type must be turned on and custom settings for this light type must be defined. Also CrystalCoat color will override this behavior and prevent it from working when CrystalCoat is turned on.
Utility lights are a native feature of the game. This is how you toggle neon rims on motorbikes or also police lights. Default EVS behavior is to require a hold of 0.05s on the headlights button to toggle Utility lights. You can change this setting to 0.00s if you prefer the default behavior.
Thank you so much. I've been trying to figure this out for 4 days because I didn't want to make a comment for something stupid. I knew it was more than likely a lack of understanding on my part so I didn't want to trouble you with it, so I appreciate you taking the time to help me out.
