Tattoo for Nibbles the cat is working great on game version 2.21 Thank you FrauBlume for making this artistic mod.
Edited: Just a heads up. If you had other mods installed together with this mod, the game might or might not CTD some time after you left cat food outside V's apartment (to adopt Nibbles) at Megabuilding H10, when V tries to go back to H10 apartment or anywhere near the area. So if your game also encounter similar CTD, just uninstall the mod, after acquiring Nibbles the cat then reinstall the mod. By no way I'm blaming this mod, I have been enjoying Tattoo for Nibbles the cat mod with 300 other mods until the end of the Phantom Liberty DLC. Have tested with only Tattoo for Nibbles the cat enabled and no other mods, there is no CTD in this case.
I find that unlikely. This mod only swaps out one texture. I'm trying to test this.
I don't like it that you're making claims about other mods under my mod that they don't work when the creator can't defend themselves. Please delete this part and write it under the mod you are accusing.
I never thought a texture swap can cause CTD too, I guess somehow it was other mods affecting during the transition of Nibbles into the apartment. I encountered similar situation years ago, found out from other chooms to try disabling Nibbles mod, that's how I remembered that I have to uninstall any mods of Nibbles until Nibbles is adopted on a new gameplay.
I'm grateful for the wonders made by modders, I do not mean to disrespect, belittle your efforts or your mod, I've rephrased my first post. Thank you for replying. I shall delete everything if you wish.

1) The cat is not real. 2) It's an 18+ brutal computer game, thus you're shooting people's head off all the time. But tattooing a cat is where you draw the line? 3) The game plays in the year 2077 - maybe, just maybe, they have ways to apply tattoos in a non-painful way? 4) Imagine it not as a tattoo, but more like a body painting - with permanent markers. 5) THE CAT IS NOT REAL!
I love furry cats IRL, but actually hate naked cats. FrauBlume's cat tattoo makes Nibbles bearable to me. Thanks a lot for your work! ♥️
Going to chime in with some of the other comments here... Stunningly beautiful design from an aestehtic perspective, but..... the thought of doing something like that to a cat (or any animal) is cruel beyond belief.
OK... thank you for introducing me to Monmon Cats; I just had to look it up.. some fun browsing there. Absolutely not a real cat, I'm just one of those weirdly sensitive people...
Oh, totally off topic, but I've just spent a fun few hours adding clothes to my game after installing the various frameworks... and your Ripper Boots are fantastic!
