- Is it possible to hide the top menu bar? While it’s technically possible, the top bar selection list is an integral part of the original game UI and is actively managed by the base mod, so I’m not going to mess with it. Besides, I personally find it a handy shortcut.
- Is it possible to have both Native Settings UI mods (CET Mods) and MOD Settings mods (Redscript mods) in a single settings menu? Please check this mod: Redscript and CET Mods Settings
I always wondered why there is a mods tab and a mods settings tab in the menu. Why not just put everything in one tab. I personally prefer the one where all are on the side too. Makes it easier to find mods quickly.
If I remember correctly it is because a tab setting was for mods with CET and others with Redscript, although I also agree with putting the 2 in one, if it has not been possible it is for a reason.
I think that's not possible because these are 2 mod types that work fundamentally different. One menu is for redscript based mods and the other for CET based mods.
Redscript and CET Mods Settings adds integration between the two settings menus. With this mod you can access Red Mods settings from the CET Mods settings menu.
Thank you for adding a notifier for lacking setups. I have all common 'dependency' mods installed / Does 1.3.5 show to users who do not open console or read logs?
Thank you. The notification is currently shown in the CET console. It is also saved to the scripting.log. At the moment, there is nothing to indicate it in the UI. In future releases, I may redesign it to follow the limitations resulting from missing dependencies.
Hm, it's unclear to me whether you're still experiencing an issue or not. In any case, please make sure to properly install all the requirements and the mod.
If you mean game updates, then since the v2.11 release, there have been no substantial changes to the game’s internals. This means that most, if not all, mods following the game’s design should not be affected.
Hey I downloaded this MOD, along with the other core mods, but there is no menu on the left side of the screen showing mods. I go into Mods/Mod Settings and it only has Native Settings UI Menu Addon
This mod works with Native Settings UI that manages CET mods only. It does not work with Mod Settings which is for redscript mods only. Additionally, this mod requires Archive XL or Codeware to display the side menu. Please note that both require RED4ext to work.
Thank you very much! The buttons in the top bar are created and managed by the game and the base mod, respectively. They serve different purposes: one pair is for navigating within the displayed options, and the other is for switching between option pages. Either way, this isn’t part of this mod, and it shouldn’t interfere with this part of the menu.
I don't know if anyone here can help, but I've been desperately trying to find a mod that allows you to change the sensitivity for each weapon type's ads (the different zoom levels), but I don't think anything like it exists?
So, uh, the Readme file mentions that to make a translation I need to copy and edit a JSON file from the "en-us_template" folder but there's no such JSON file for me to make a translation, is there anything that can be done about that?

Yeah. Always wondering which mods are where.
This is a nice attempt to sort the menus
With this mod you can access Red Mods settings from the CET Mods settings menu.
Cheers

One of those "rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it" sort of things.

Is it possible to remove/hide the arrows on the top bar? since there is already a button on each side?

Thanks for a great mod!
Is it possible to get rid of top menu when using side menu?
It would look better visually ;-;
The top bar is actively managed by the base mod, so I'm not going to interfere with it.
Besides, I find it quite handy.
