Hycade... Interesting, I've been waiting for someone to eventually do those, good to see it. Hopefully you do the Supra Mk4 eventually, that one is fire.
Moar Infinity Rims Please!!! They look so damn good and I want them on so many of my other vehicles.
I love almost everything about this car except for the same complaint that others have about speed. It almost feels like this was built just for drifting so a bit more low end power to keep it sliding would be great. Works really well with True Grip.
Anyways! I love this damn car, so much. This and the revuelto are my favorites for cruising. Can anyone point me in the right direction to learn how to edit vehicles myself? Like speed, shift change and range? I'm willing to go at myself without mod shop, that's how much I love this R34.
Anyone having the same issue/know a fix for the headlights, tail lights, and under glow not working all the time, seems to happen more times than not. Any help would be much appreciated.
Are neons a default option in this car, available just after I install this mod? I mean I installed car successfully, I have a car in a Virtual Car Dealer, I didn't purchase it yet (have not enough money), however on the photos (different car colors) I don't see neons. Should I install neons manually using Wolvenkit or neons are available, but only in default color (and If I want to change the color, I need to use Wolvenkit then?)
only 1 color, if you want to change you can open the hycade_r34.app file, inside: appearances > urban_07 > components > (at the bottom) look for neon right, left, front, back
How should I open and edit this file? Using what program, Wolvenkit? Or other?
I admire your hard work and I think this car is perfect, amazing job, really amazing job and it's great that there are people like you, who want to diversify our gameplay and experience in games.
However instructions you provided in the answer to my comment and in the Description on your mod page about changing colors of neons (underglows), hmm... It's quite unclear. I mean, I have no idea how to do it. After downloading the mod, I see some files in 3 folders. I don't see hycade_r34.app file. There are different files (JSON, XL, YAML, ARCHIVE) and their names are different than hycade_r34.app.
I read something about editing mod files for Cyberpunk, spent more than 2 hours reading and to find a solution. From there - I found out that I need Wolvenkit to edit these files, so I installed this program, opened it and yes, I have no idea how, I have no idea what, but I found hycade_r34.app file, I could edit this file, I saw urban_07, components and neons left, right, front etc. I even changed colors by entering the numbers. I wanted to save the file - I couldn't. You can edit files, but not saving them. Great. I had to read once again what is going on, why I can't save edited files. Ok, so I needed to open a new project in Wolvenkit and then somehow I can edit and save files with changes. I did that and I saved edited hycade_r34.app file on my desktop and... what now? I have no idea. Where should I put this file? In your mod files in r6, bin and archive folders there are no such file with the same name. Car is already in the game when I transfer these files to my game main folder, so I'm stuck.
Your instructions are simplified in that matter. I'm sorry to say this, maybe I shouldn't because I know you already did a lot more than you had to, I got a fantastic car for free and I shouldn't ask for more. But it just seems that for someone unfamiliar with the subject of modding, an ordinary layman, your instructions with changing colors are as if someone answered the question about how to drive a tank: get in, accelerator here, brake here, cannon here, ammunition here. Have a good trip. Thanks. I wrote this with tongue with cheek of course ;)
yes you have to use wolvenkit, you need also to create project, make sure it's named higher than this mod, add numbers or symbols in the beginning of name, so it overrides this mod
