The Oath & The Betrayal
The Oath & The Betrayal (Iconic) are two sides of the same FIA coin. The Oath (white) is geared more toward those who prefer precise headshots for maximum damage while The Betrayal (black) is better for overall damage against multiple enemies on the move.

You can use this Cyber Engine Tweaks command to add it to your inventory:
WARNING: Spawning these weapons too early in the game can result in them not having any mod slots available. It might be best to wait until after exiting Dexter DeShawn's car. If you spawn them, and the slots are missing, you'll need to spawn them again later, or go back to a save point from beforehand. To address the issue of both the weapon mod slot number and if those slots are full/empty, I've made it so that both weapons can be dismantled.
