With the kind permission of gramern (the Author of FrameGen Ghosting Fix), I'm uploading this little QoL mod replacing the "DLSS Frame Generation" entry name in Graphics settings menu and Benchmark results by either "DLSSG-to-FSR3" or "DLSSG-to-FSR3.1" (choose the variant that you like or fits best)
OPTIONAL - Use the Frame Gen variant if you want to get rid of the Native FSR 3 setting & allow Frame Gen to be toggled without requiring a game restart
Strongly Recommended to replace "DLSS Frame Generation" with a customized label in the game's settings

Paid tribute to Nitec, PotatoOfDoom, FakeMichau and all the folks who made FSR4 upgrade possible in Cyberpunk 2077 on RDNA4 with OptiScaler
Been seeing a whole lot of comments in Nukem's mod posts section, many of those making it obvious a lot of users aren't really sure which Frame Generation option to choose from for using Nukem's mod now that CDPR introduced Native FSR 3 Frame Generation (which you shouldn't be using if you can avoid it, it's one of if not the most crappy FG implementation ever) in patch 2.13.
As much as I can understand where the confusion comes from, it's still quite saddening to see how little users read and learn about what they're using or about to use.
This mod was first meant as a replacer for the DLSS Frame Generation entry (pre 2.13) and used to display FSR3 Frame Generation when it was available in Artur's DLSS Enabler for Cyberpunk optional downloads.
Since then, gramern has updated it and offered me to publish it on my own (very kind of you, Choom, thanks again for everything you've done so far :) so here it is, in two variants.
*Tinkerers among you may notice the side-tip text is the generic one instead of the actual text contained in the .archive, that's because I can't figure out which lockey the game uses so I can point that text to it. Really no biggie but now that you know, no need to ask. Please provide it if you happen to know which one it is, that'd be very kind and helpful of yours. ==> Thank you very much WangLiangHe25 for providing it so quickly ! Now it will display the text gramern had intended :)
