   dont know why but rachel actually called after a few days in-game for me, not right away after heading out of the diner

      There might be some other factors at play. Maybe if you're on some other "important" mission she won't call you, like one of the quests from Panam.
      
      In my game she called a few minutes after exiting the diner, and after inspecting the questphase I didn't see anything that would delay her calling to trigger the next quest.

      Yep, she must teleport to the studio because she always calls immedietely after leaving the diner.

      Yeah there was no time based Pause Condition, which is weird, I think they probably forgot to implement it

   During the post-heist flashback, the game would crash seconds after entering the helicopter.

      Well, I tried about five times until I disabled the mod, and it went back to normal. I don't know how it happened, but it worked.

      I just loaded up an old save during that mission (Love Like Fire) and I managed to ride the helicopter all the way to Arasaka Tower with no crashes, so it's something else causing that for you. I highly doubt it would be an incompatibility issue either.
