    I really do like this apartment, and the size doesn't bother me. But not being able to rest is a minus for me, but I may still use it

      Yeah I totally feel ya. It's definitely not by choice, I just have zero idea how to implement it lol.

      Go on the streets choom! You don't need to rest:) I tried this mod now, and in combination with View Enhanced looks pretty good to me.

    Actually like this small cozy place, even the Vanilla was kinda my favorite of all the new places.

    Beautiful apartment, sadly I play with the "Dark Future" mod so sleeping is a must-have feature for me- but still amazing work!

      Yeah I'd love to be able to add the sleep functionality but to put it bluntly, I have zero clue how to do it lol.

      Same but this looks so nice I'm gonna use it anyway. Hopefully the creator can figure out how to make the bed sleepable, I guess none of the other apartment mods move the beds right?

      Unfortunately I wouldn't hold your breath on that :/

      It would basically require a different set of tools then what I used to make this, and I've since returned back to playing my playthrough.

      I will say though, if anyone comes across this mod that is able to and wishes to add the Sleep Functionality to the mod, I am totally okay with anyone making any adjustments they want to mod and they can can either share it here or re-upload as their own mod. I'm totally cool with that, no permissions or anything required.

      I really appreciate it that you allow people to add a sleeping function! Hopefully someday it will be possible, would love to use this one! ꨄ

      You can use this with or without amm so why need that version?

    it's not AMM preset? and work in 2.13?

      This was made with entSpawner, not AMM. And I have no clue unfortunately about 2.13. 

      I'm guessing not though, the SmartFrames definitely won't work as they were introduced in 2.2.
