open the file r6\scripts\Hlp60Lvl-store\HelpAtLevel60-atelier-store.reds with notepad++ (or another text editor)
find line 37 (which should now be) [1],
replace that [1], with for example [1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,69,100000,100000,9,999,9,999,9,999,9,999,9,999,9,999,1],
where 1 is the price of crafting material components and legendary money shard, 69 is the price of cyberware capacity shard, 100000 is the price of perk and atribute points, 9 is the price of legendary skillbooks, 999 is the price of items from black market in dogtown
it should be, when I made this mod the game version I think was 2.13, I just don't know what will happen if you don't have the Phantom Liberty, because the virtual shop has a bunch of items that were added in this DLC
