So Skippy needs 50 kills / incapacitations to progress his quest. Fine if you plan on using it, but if you don't? Can anyone really be arsed?
This reduces the kills / incapacitations to 2. Some random gangers at the side of the road and its time to get really annoyed by the next phase seeming like it's never gonna trigger, but then it does
Tested on both 'modes' and works for me, but if it doesn't work for you, idk just delete it
