Johnny Reskinned - Concept Art Tattoos and Scars and More for Just Johnny by NoraLee
https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/2385

Johnny had some really wicked scars in his concept art, as well as a torso tattoo that never made it onto his in-game model. Inspired by mods like Lilma's Concept Art Look for Johnny - WIP as well as BarbWireBlonde's Johnny Silverhand Eyeliner and Tattoo No Scars Texture Edit, this mod aims to add those scars and/or tattoos (and more) to Johnny Silverhand in-game, and more specifically, to just Johnny; this mod should not alter the body textures of any other NPCs. It also includes files that add a matching 'Johnny + V' heart tattoo for Johnny and a variety of nail polish options for that complete rockerboy look.

This mod is fairly customizable, so be sure to read below and make sure you grab all of the pieces you need for it to work properly.

Styles/Versions:
Part 1: Base
basegame_JSReskin_Base_NoTats.archive - For use if you want to apply the scars to Johnny but don't want him to have his added torso tattoo or the heart tattoo.
basegame_JSReskin_Base_TorsoTatOnly.archive - For use if you want to add the torso tattoo to Johnny, with or without his scars.
basegame_JSReskin_Base_HeartTatOnly.archive - For use if you want to add the 'Johnny + V' heart tattoo to Johnny, with or without his scars. You will need to add one of the heart tattoo ink option .archives (Part 3) for this to work properly.
basegame_JSReskin_Base_HeartandTorsoTats.archive - For use if you want to add both the torso tattoo and heart tattoo to Johnny, with or without his scars. You will need to add one of the heart tattoo ink option .archives (Part 3) for this to work properly.

Part 2: Add - Body Textures
basegame_JSReskin_Add_BodyTextures_DefaultBody.archive - For use if you want to apply one or both of the tattoos to Johnny but don't want him to have the scars.
basegame_JSReskin_Add_BodyTextures_Scars.archive - For use if you want to give Johnny his scars.
basegame_JSReskin_Add_BodyTextures_ScarsHair.archive - For use if you want to give Johnny his scars as well as some minimal body hair.
basegame_JSReskin_Add_BodyTextures_ScarsContour.archive - For use if you want to give Johnny his scars as well as some body contouring.
basegame_JSReskin_Add_BodyTextures_ScarsContourHair.archive - For use if you want to give Johnny his scars as well as some minimal body hair and some body contouring.

Part 3: Add - Heart Tattoo Ink Options
You do not need one of these files if you are using basegame_JSReskin_Base_NoTats.archive or basegame_JSReskin_Base_TorsoTatOnly.archive.
basegame_JSReskin_Add_HeartTat_FreshInk.archive - Colors the heart tattoo in a fresh ink color similar to V's tattoo.
basegame_JSReskin_Add_HeartTat_OldInk.archive - Colors the heart tattoo in an older ink color similar to Johnny's other tattoos.

Optional/Standalone: Nail Polish
basegame_JSReskin_Nails_Black.archive - Gives Johnny solid black nail polish.
basegame_JSReskin_Nails_Chipped1.archive - Gives Johnny slightly chipped black nail polish.
basegame_JSReskin_Nails_Chipped2.archive - Gives Johnny very chipped black nail polish.

Installation (Scars and/or Tattoos):
Pick one file from Part 1 and one from Part 2. This is required. Depending on the file you choose from Part 1 you may also need a file from Part 3. You can swap the files at any time without issues, but you can only have one file from each section installed at once.
Drop the appropriate .archive files into your mod folder. It should be located at Cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/mod . If you don't have this folder, you can just go ahead and make one.
Enjoy!

Installation (Nail Polish):
Pick one file from the Nail Polish section. You can swap the files at any time without issues, but you can only have one file from this section installed at once. You can install a nail polish .archive without installing any other part of this mod.
Drop the appropriate .archive file into your mod folder. It should be located at Cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/mod . If you don't have this folder, you can just go ahead and make one.
Enjoy!

Uninstallation:
Delete the .archive files from your mod folder.

Fine Print & Conflicts:
The tattoos added by this mod should be persistent across all appearances that Johnny makes in the game, both by default and spawned/swapped in. The other edits to his body textures, including the scars, may be missing in a select few of Johnny's default appearances in the game (always covered by his shirt/vest, though they may not be if you're using low-cut replacers for those items) but should otherwise be persistent across many of his default appearances as well as all spawned/swapped versions.

The nail polish should be persistent across all of Johnny's appearances, and should only apply to Johnny, but it is possible that it will impact other NPCs if you have cleared their cookedappearance files. If you have this issue, please let me know.

This mod will conflict with any other mod that edits Johnny's diffuse or normal body textures or the mesh of Johnny's body. The nail polish files will conflict with any other mod that alters the mesh of the short nails for males (right hand only). This mod is not compatible with my Heart 4 Johnny mod, but it does the same job, just better, so I'd advise you simply replace that mod with this one.

This mod is safe to use with mods that alter Johnny's face textures or mesh, as well as mods that alter his other files. It is safe to use with Lilma's Cleaned Up Silverhand. It should also be safe to use with mods that alter the generic male body textures, diffuse and/or normal, though any changes applied to these files will no longer apply to Johnny.

If you use a mod that alters Johnny's textures and would like to have that mod made compatible with this one, feel free to reach out to me; in most cases I'll be willing to try to contact the other mod's author and see if we can make something work.

Credits:
This mod literally could not have happened without Lilma's original Concept Art Look for Johnny mod. All of the diffuse textures in this mod (with the obvious exception of the default body texture) are from Lilma, and I've simply remixed and shared them here with permission. The normal map for Johnny's scars used in Johnny Reskinned is my work, but was created to match Lilma's diffuse textures.

Thanks to rfuzzo for CP77 Tools, alphaZomega for the Noesis plugin, Halvkyrie for the modding guide, and just generally to everyone over in the Cyberpunk 2077 Modding discord for posting a whole bunch of fantastic tutorials and tips.

I'd love to see your screenshots, either shared here or, if you're posting them over on tumblr, please feel free to tag me!
