    Does this still go in the PC folder or the mod folder within PC?

      I THINK the file structure changed in 1.6

      Hard to say as I'm using a white hair mod with average graphic settings so it looks somewhat gray regardless of what I do.
      I put it in r6/config/settings/platform/pc but I have no idea if that was the correct file path.

      Normally it should work, it's not a mod file, it's just settings in an .ini file.

      If you have already created a user.ini file you can add the lines of the author of this tweak in your user.ini

      Add it:

      [Editor/Characters/hair]
      AlbedoMultiplier = 1.000000
      RoughnessFactor = 0.350000

      [Editor/Characters/hair/AlphaShifts]
      TRT = 0.200000

      [Editor/Characters/Hair/LocalLight]
      MultiScatter = 0.550000
      R = 0.250000
      TRT = 0.600000

      [Editor/Characters/Hair/MultiScatter]
      DiffuseScatterFactor = 1.000000
      Wrap = 0.000000

      EDIT: I have a mod for silverhand's hair and it works I added a screenshot.
