    still works. you can adjust the amount so basically you can unlock every perk in less then 500

    It might be an interesting lore component to have to get the attribute upgrades while at a ripperdoc.

      What would also work is actually dropping perk or attribute shards after completing missions.

    Suppose this mod doesn't work for you. In that case, you may have installed some other mods related to attributes/perks. I have installed Infinite Attribute Reset - REDmod, and after I uninstalled it, Buyable Attributes And Perks worked.
