Hello! Cool mod, I would like to know if it is possible to connect two implants into one neofiber + maneuvering system? I'm trying to do it but I don't have the necessary knowledge.

So what would chance represent and what mitigation? Does it mean for example that it has a 25% chance to reduce incoming damage by 30%?
So no actually completely ‘evading’ the bullet = making enemies miss more? Just a chance to reduce incoming damage?

"Does it mean for example that it has a 25% chance to reduce incoming damage by 30%? "
No, it increases your chance to reduce damage and increases your damage reduction if successful. Your base damage reduction coming from mitigation is always 50%. So +30% means you will have 80% damage reduction (as in Skyrim with best armor ;) and possibly more as you can have other sources increasing this value. Also +25% chance means your chance will increase by 25% from whatever value you had before installing NeoFiber. For example in the screenshots above I had 10% chance of damage mitigation and after installing Uncommon NeoFiber it increased to 20% (10% + 10%) and the damage reduction became 65% (50% + 15%). Your chance increases from Reflex attribute for example so you will always have more than the value NeoFiber cyberware shows. You need to check the stat page (as in the screenshot) to see the full value. As an example, 50% chance and 100% damage reduction would mean you would completely evade half of the incoming bullets.

Thank you for explaining in detail. Is this how evasion always worked or?

      also

Hit still registers tho? You still get the hit marker/blood effect on the screen when you get hit by an enemy, it’s just that damage is reduced by 100% and you don’t lose any hp?

I always thought that ‘miss marker’ or blue incoming hit marker means that evade was triggered and successful, but I guess it isn’t. It would we cool if it was.
