I'm sorry, I'm really not sure what you mean by this. Do you have a hair texture mod installed that's showing up on other hairstyles but not working for this one? As far as I can recall, this hair should just use whatever hair textures are in your game - be that vanilla or modded/upscaled - but if you've got a case where that's not happening, please let me know.
I just did a complete/fresh reinstall (Steam) of my game (nuked all associated old folders+files; fresh re-downloads of all the mods I use; manual installs; no REDmod mods used).
Can confirm this mod is still working hella preem with 2.12a. ♥
Hey there! This definitely should still work, though I'm not yet updated to patch 2.1 to personally check. We can still troubleshoot, though. Two questions to start:
Were you using this before updating to patch 2.1 without any issues?
What do you mean by it's "not working" - does the regular vanilla game hair show up instead, does a different not-vanilla hair show up, is the color wrong, is there no hair at all, etc.?
It's working fine for me. My Fem V is literally wearing it now as I speak. If it helps any, I'm using hair 19. There may be a chance you have your Lizzy's hair assigned to another spot that's already occupied by another hair mod and you may have overlooked it.
Which hair file are you looking to use, and what result are you seeing for that hair slot (is the default hair showing instead, is V bald instead, etc)? The mod should still be functional with patch 1.61.
I just wanted to clarify- you're trying to use this hair for FV/fem V, correct? I know folks have sometimes had a similar issue only to find that they had downloaded the hair for the wrong physical frame. I see from your download history that you've got the FV files, so I just wanted to double check.
Are you checking in the character creator, or in-game?
I was just able to get it to 'stick' in the CC; it displayed as the default hair despite having the mod installed, but when I loaded up a save with that hair selected, or selected it in the in-game mirror, the hair appeared as it should, modded.
I'm wondering if this might not be some sort of new accidental interaction with Appearance Change Unlocker. Out of curiosity, do you have that installed? I was able to get the modded hair to display correctly in the CC by selecting one of the Appearance Change Unlocker presets- this seemed to 'unstick' the hair, and let it load something other than the default when I switched back to it.
Nope, sadly no. I don't have that installed. I have Appearance Menu mod installed. Also I reinstalled the game and the problem is still there sadly. Not sure, what I'm messing up, but I will try to find out. Thanks four your help tho :)
I had the same issue, for me the problem was caused by Vortex. The path Vortex chose for the mod was wrong. Either install the mod manually or right click the mod in Vortex > Open in File Manager > locate the .archive file and correct the file path that leads to it (should be /archive/pc/mod).
