Does The DPS value refer to the bullet damage itself or does it ensure the damage per second retains a value despite a fire rate change. In other words, if DPS value is 1, but the RoF is 2, would that half the damage per bullet?
New question, any chance in being able to edit ammo counts for weapons (the magazine capacity)? Or can anyone point me to a weapon table in the files I can edit? I specifically want to double the bullets to a specific gun (The sidewinder) for how I'm editing it - to be this ultra fast-firing, tech mini-gun or sorts.
I want closer to like 60 bullets as a baseline default per magazine, that's then further increased with the in game MAG upgrades.
So if im understanding this correctly this will change a base weapons stats but not a singular weapon? I want to tweak Satori back to its pre nerf but I dont want all other katanas to have its stats.
Meanwhile you can add/replace weapons yourself, with that weapon's Base ID name from it's wiki page. On the right side tab: expand Technical > "Base ID"
Example: Adding the Kyubi, taking the Base ID name from the wiki: "Preset_Kyubi_Default", only use the middle word "Kyubi" (Iconic weapons and variants like Tamayura [just a Nue variant] use stats taken from the original, no need to add them)
On all the following mod files, duplicate all lines with "Ajax" and replace their "Ajax" with "Kyubi": config.json main.lua Language File.lua Native Settings Integration.lua
Or just replace one name you don't need with one you want instead of adding new lines.
In game changes require loading a save after the menu slider is used, I believe.
For personal use, I updated the mod to include the added firearms from 1.6. Do I need Scissor's permission to share it, or is it alright to link it here in the comments? He seems to have been inactive on the Nexus since 2022.
Wait, I was wrong! I do believe the mod author is still active. I don't want to upload his hard work to an official page here on the Nexus without permission but I'll share the updated file here in the comments, hopefully this'll help people like myself. NOTE: This version of the mod comes with my changes by default, because I didn't feel like re-editing the original. My bad. Please set everything to default so you can balance things as you like.

In the Menu itself at the bottom theres a reset to default button you can actually use to reset all to 1

Make sure CET and Native Setting UI are updated properly. Changes to the edited stats will take effect after reloading a save.
Tested with a fresh install where CET, Native Settings UI and this where the only installed mods.
Can anybody update it? This was really useful to have...
Not sure if its tied to decreasing the fire rate, since I have my fire rates raised, and am getting the same bug.
