I blended these into VTK's arms and did the same with Almico's 'Sculpted' torso. They compliment each other really well, going lighter out of necessity got me a sort of yoga-hardened taut look rather than powerlifter shredded which suits my V.
My nibbling away at the base texture to separate what I needed is no substitute for a proper job by the author though. I think these are worthy, hope you revisit sometime.
The day I wrote that I was obviously having a major brain fart. By "I think these are worthy" I was referring to your work not my butchering of it lol.
Aha that's why. I was tweaking a bit but understood that these vein textures are not compatible with VTK even if I used " xBaebsae_VanillaHD_Arms ". I end up having arms with very nice and clear skin pores and details but, the skin is still " flat" like in the vanilla hands version.
So this mod here is only compatible with UV and solo/ vanilla arms right :s
Says who? Pretty sure Viktor puts anesthesia and asks if it hurts the first time you go to visit him, why would u need it if the arm was artificial? Afaik a V without any major replacements or arm cyberware can be considered as being non artificial.
The gore side of cybeprunk is actually that, 'ganic arms are literally cut off (ewwww (>3<) ) and replaced by cyberarms (see the artificial seams specially for gorilla Arms). Still, those cyberarms could imitate real skin so, it's plausible to have veins.
Only if you choose to install cyberarms though. It's your choice to do that or not. You don't need to turn V into a cyborg to make an effective merc out of them you know.
This thread is fascinating enough to necro. Future dystopian folk wanting to express their individuality with custom synth skin jobs is about as likely as people wanting brow lifts, tattooed makeup and butt implants is today. Some veins to look like you'd hit the gym four hours a day is hardly a stretch.
But if that's still somehow too much for your headcanon take a look at cyberarms as they're deployed and you'll see exposed hydraulics that correspond pretty well with this mod's forearm veins. All sorted!
Is this compatible with UV body mods? I'm just using the standard UV framework, solo UV arms, and a UV tattoo mod; but I don't see the veins. Is my mod order messed up maybe?
The tattoo mod is https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/8553 and it's not classified as a tattoo, it's basically just added on to your body. So I guess I could see that interfering with the veins? Idk, I'd just like both really but if I can't I'd understand

Veiny Arms Ver2 (Vanilla-Solo Arm-VTK-KS-UV)
This is my V. The left hand free :)

DM'd you in any case. Sorry didn't see before.
Do you still have the modded archive files for these ?
But there is no compatibility :s
What I find strange is why there is only one seam on the right wrist, while the left wrist has nothing when using solo arms.

I see I confused things, MB🙏🏽 By 'UV' I meant the way 2d textures correspond to a 3d model, not the 'Unique V Texture framework'.

Thanks!
