You can safely use an LUT mod over any weather/lighting mod, may just not give you the visuals you are looking for. It can oversaturate, blare your contrast to sky high, etc. you name it. Just install and see if you like it, tweak some settings.
hdr ScRGB is fine doesn't allow fake frames generated which means its accurate whether the charts say it is or not idk but probably isn't a good representation of what the colors are actually doing in this game especially with path and ray bounces. half the color issues and shadow issues are because people are picking 2.2 as a gamma which is incorrect. 1.5;1 is correct your gamma is already getting processed into the game that extra feature for gamma midpooint should in theory be set to 1.1 because its already taking your 2.2/2.6 gamma from monitor or tv and asking you your midpoint. so maybe im wrong but i feel this is why alot of luts have you change your midpoint. not an expert but i have had zero issues with the games lighting since ive been at 1.1 on HDR ScRGB

HDR is, shockingly, a different color space than SDR, by definition.
