There will be clipping due to how V was never really meant to wear accessories. The default tattoos for example are designed in a way to ensure no bugs when using cybernetics which is why they stop at the forearm so I have no doubt that even skin mods could potentially make the clipping worse. There's really no way to fix it or at least not one within my skill level so I just try to wear gear that hides some of the clipping as best as possible. There are mods that make the cybernetics more subtle so if that's your issue then perhaps that'll help a bit.
Really cool mod considering there aren't many necklace options for male Vs but I cant get it to work. I've tried disabling and re-enabling the mods in the launcher too. I'm not sure if this is a user error but I've tried launching the game through steam's launcher, the secondary launcher that lets you enable mods, and the vortex mod manager and I still cant get any of the accessories to show up in game. Any tips to get this to work?
I honestly couldn't tell ya as I'm more of a Fallout NV modder really. I created this to scratch my itch in the moment and I haven't played Cyberpunk in a hot minute since then but I also have the GOG version so I have no idea how to properly mod the Steam version anyways. Sorry man but maybe if I get some time here soon I'll check it out and see if I can fix it or if it's even an issue on my end. I installed it manually by dragging and dropping so if you're using Vortex for mod installation then I don't recommend that and really don't know the process to properly install mods on there.
Edit: I'll get back to you on this, I gotta redownload the game which will take a couple of hours lol.
Hey bub just wanted to let you know I had no issues and it still works as expected on my end. To be completely honest IDK what it could be other than the mods being installed wrong or a potential conflict. I recommend a fresh install if possible or the removal of all installed mods after which you should re install all mods manually rather than through Vortex to ensure they work properly. I've used Vortex in the past for games like Fallout 3 and Fallout NV with very limited issues but never with CP2077 so I can't really help you there. Also, I own the GOG version so perhaps there's extra loops you gotta go through with Steam BC of their DRM but IDK.
Yeah there will be issues when using arm cybernetics. It's an unfortunate issue that I don't know how to fix and when I tested the mod I didn't use many cybernetics so there's probably more issues that I don't know about.
Glad you like it. TBH I wasn't very confident with the end product but I'm very grateful that you guys have been enjoying it. Makes me feel a bit better about it. Thanks for the kind reception!
@yangloup It's the Valentino tats, there are many mods released since I made my mod that adds them to V but this was the one I used. IDK how the other mods work but this one just adds it like a skin texture so the vanilla tats will overlap them. I recommend using the mod on a new character as a result because it'll look pretty darn bad and quite ugly otherwise unless your already existing character didn't have tats.
Edit: I recommend perusing the Nexus and just searching up the word tattoo and see if you find anything that strikes your fancy. There's a newer updated much higher resolution version of the tattoos I have above by the same modder so I recommend that one instead of the one I provided a link for although keep in mind they are slightly different but frankly I think the new ones are better looking anyways and so I swapped to them earlier today. There's a lot of cool tattoo mods on the Nexus though so like I said just check it out and see what you find.
Are you launching the game through the RED Prelauncher? You gotta do that for the mod to work. Oh and you also have to hit the gear icon in the RED Prelauncher and enable mods. It should work but IDK what could be the issue as this was my first ever CP2077 mod so I'm still very green when it comes to the ends and outs of modding CP2077.
@alenozzi You're welcome! Funny story I went to the CP2077 forums and suggested this exact feature a few weeks ago so much that they got angry at me and I was contacted by a moderator who told me to stop lol. I took that as a no on getting the feature and decided to try my hand at creating this mod instead. I suppose it worked out alright lol.
Yeah no problem. Sorry it's not the greatest but it's the best I could do as a freshy to modding CP2077. If I can learn more about it or more specifically how to refit female accessories to fit males then I'll add more presets as I kinda just ran out of things to wear that looked good and wasn't a duplicate which is why it's only four presets right now. I also hope more mods get added by more capable modders in the future as well BC I'm sure they'll be able to do much better than me. Thanks for downloading my mod though.
What you are doing right now is far more than what most of us are outputting. So in that sense please know we love you for publishing your hard work, be it big or small. :)
I'll come back to endorse you, we all really appreciate what you are doing! :)
@jordzkie05 Yeah I felt that would be better than the items being fully replaced although I did replace the torn shirts and bra mesh for the shirtless versions. Glad you like it though.
