NCLM - World Lighting Overhaul Absolute zero green tint - remade LUT from scratch Balanced contrast - fairly bright with no eye blinding whites & almost no pitch black(or maybe zero pitch black) on dark areas No performance loss - because its not a ReShade lol No Reshade needed - Game UI unaffected

Changelogs
Version 1.50
Fixed some bugs
Updated sunrise lighting
Rebalanced colors and bloom threshold
Slightly tweaked sunset lighting
Version 1.32
Reduced sunny clouds, i always find it weird that sunny weather state has clouds despite weather states like light clouds to heavy clouds exists, now sunny looks clean and somewhat better imo, see last images for pics.... clouds will still happens if the weather state is not sunny
Version 1.31
Added Weather Probability Rebalance version
Version 1.30.3
Remade diverse variant from scratch in hope for the issues to be gone, please test and report if the weather cycling works or not
Version 1.30.2
Decreased volumetric fog intensity. After reducing 2D fog the volumetric fog looks brighter and clearer due to it being less covered from 2D fog
Merged the weather probablity settings from the custom testing version of Diverse Weather. (might tweak it even more later and reduce sunny chance further)
Version 1.30
2D fog tweaks for rainny weather
Volumetric fog tweaks for rain weather (better light scattering around the area)
See screenshots for how it looked like
Reduced intensity for that weird out of place volumetric skylights (see this image: https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/3333/images/6737/6737-1671304792-321106890.png)
Version 1.20.1
Volumetric fog tweaks. I put way too much saturation before, it is now set at 50 which is enough to create the subtle blue atmosphere, and the streetlights should be fixed
see this image if you didn't know it: https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/3333/images/6737/6737-1671184699-563601475.png
Version 1.20
Night fog reduction, less darker and foggy nights,
Better / brighter neon and lights (windows)
Subtle blue tint for clear night weathers (mostly between 22:00 to 0:00)
Day time turbidity value tweaks
Added subtle light shafts / godrays from the moon during the night (noticeable on low rise buildings area / badlands)
Hopefully there is a way to use curve for bloom configuration, that way i can 98% replicate the E3 2019 Pre-Rendered Night City look by simply cranking the bloom only during nights.
Images order from mid day > night > sunset > screenshots was taken on aging RX 560 4GB💀 graphics settings at mixed low & medium (some effects is enabled like ssr and clouds) it might look better with higher settings or with RT enabled lol
Really good alternative LUT to use together with NCLM : Nova LUT 2 Pure
Why did i move here? I guess it was the weather.....
LUT is remade from scratch
Balanced contrast with enough amount of bright, no eye blinding whites & almost no pitch black(or maybe absolute zero pitch black) on dark areas
Does not use ReShade which also does not eat up performance
Lighting stuff, weather, sky, colors etc........
Reduced motion blur amount from .50 to .25
Reduced bloom amount from .32 to .28
The famous orange or almost red west coast sunset
Night time overhaul based off from E3 2019 Pre-Rendered Cinematic Trailer
Overhauled rain weather, now you can see much further without sacrificing the 'vibe'
100% Playable for normal gameplay, i have tested extensively and haven't found an interior that are way too dark/pitch black.
Inspired by GTA 5 (with NVE), NFS 2015 (night time on area with dominant yellow / white colors), Cyberpunk 2077 - 2013 Teaser & 2019 Cinematic Trailer (night time on area with dominant blue colors and colorful neons)
