Depending on what complexion you are using, there does seem to be a slight outline around both the eye and mouth makeups. It's not as noticeable in photo mode though as it is in the mirror mode.
With this kind of thing it 100% depends on graphic settings, like RTX being on or off and stuff. So can't really answer you, you'd just have to check ingame.
