i've tried installing the mod but ran into the issue that i click to open the garage but the garage does the opening sound but remains closed, any solution?
Hey! Sorry to ask this noobish question.... But the place looks like it's underneath V's FIRST apartment in H10, correct? Would make sense with the H10 Elevator (no Basement) version you mention.
I think this could use some clarification, as there are quite a few mods with H10 in the name, and the other (.archive based if I'm not mistaken??) garage mod has H10 in the title but looks like it's for the Edgerunner apartment? I've actually never seen it in-game but believe it's for the "Edgerunner DLC" MOD, unlike yours, which is basically expanding "vanilla" content. Or am I totally off? Sorry, I'm new to this <3
Tokyolienix, it sounds like either the .xl removal file for the garage door isn't working or you have another mod installed that conflicts with that space. If it's the former you could try re-naming or moving it in the load order (tbh I'm not sure that will help but could be worth a try).
Soulmindberlin, yes this is located at the entrance of the H10 megabuilding garage and is compatible with the H10 Elevator Expanded 'no basement' version. There are indeed several mods which make use of this space, which is why I made a compatible version of H10 elevator expanded, so people could use whatever "garage" they want. I assume by "edgerunner dlc mod" you mean the V's mansion mod? That is a separate location down/across the street from the H10 megabuilding, however it's a very short walk between them so you could theoretically use this or another H10 garage mod in conjunction with the edgerunner mod.
Hello, can you tell me if the archive "AM Props Library - For Other Mods" needs to be unpacked into the main folder of the game or into some special one?
That would be nice, but the only garage door props I've seen are all manual open/close or don't open at all. In fact I already replaced the vanilla garage door in this location because it can't be opened without mods.
As for your other question, I'm not really sure what you mean? The garage shouldn't look empty if it's full of cars and bikes. There's already a lot of decorative props in there, I feel adding more would really starting eating into space for vehicles.
I like the design as is, so I probably won't be doing that. However you can add any decorations you want using the decor tab in AMM. Make it your own.
There are no TV props in the garage or bunker, but you might be hearing the TV's that are in the elevator that's directly above it. Not much I can do about that.
I have download this manually and the amm mods, but it is still missing the walls and objects. There is no presets in my amm mod too. What else should i do??
The author didn't use the correct folder pathing, so if you typically add a .zip to vortex like other mods it won't be in the right place, and you'll get invisible walls inside the garage
The file paths are correct FOR MANUAL INSTALL. Vortex is not supported, hence only the "manual download" button.
If you are missing props then the mod was not installed correctly, you are missing requirements, or requirements need to be updated. You do not need AMM but you DO need Archive XL.
Please double check the installation instructions and requirements in the description.
Fair enough, most manual installs I come across carry the correct path so it's just a issue with people not catching it expecting it to be laid out right
About the mod, I've been on the mod scene for a bit now so I can confidently tell you it's installed correctly, but archiveXL was updated yesterday and that's what I'm using, did you catch the changes?
Okay I went through everything, updated game and mods, and uninstalled AMM.
Turns out I was wrong and there is a props file in AMM that is necessary for this mod. Must have missed it during initial testing. Specifically the "basegame_AMM_props.archive" file. To get the rest of the props to load for this mod you don't need to fully install AMM, just that one file.
I'm honestly SHOCKED you're the first person to report this. I guess most people already have AMM installed.
I'll update the mod page now (and go double check all my other mods....eeesh!!!)
I have updated this and my other mods to include info on necessary AMM files.
Also, on the AMM page, there is a props file under the miscellaneous section for those that do not wish to use AMM, so no need to download AMM and hunt for the right file. Info stickied above.

I HAVE GIVEN UP MODDING. THANKS FOR ALL THE DOWNLOADS!
Tested Improved Vehicle Persistence and it works very well!

Are you seeing NO props at all or only some?

Best to actually install this manually
See picture above, With the mod installed manually I'm still getting missing walls and props
I thought we didn't need AMM anymore?

update: works perfectly with that one amm .archive file installed
