Description:

Atlas is a x4 high poly body mod for the male player character that has been sculpted to sport detailed musculature for the torso and legs (maybe arms in the future) in addition to having PinkyDude's Better Feet for Masc V built in.

So, what does this mean? It means a muscular masc V option WITHOUT THE NEED FOR REFITS*
*PinkyDude's shoe refits will be required for some shoes.

Included in the optional files is a male version of Zosoab70's "Max Muscle" UV Framework normals file, as well as a replacer version for the vanilla/basic users.

Note: The vanilla replacer version will also affect some NPCs and does not include the player arms.

Compatibility/Conflicts:

  • This will not work with anything else that calls itself a "body mod"*, as two body mods for the same gender cannot co-exist without one overwriting the other.
*Older mods, specifically Spawn0's "Body mod" mod, are now generally recognized as "Rig mods", as they do not alter the mesh itself,
but instead manipulate the rig or "Skeleton" of the mesh to do generalized reshaping. Rig mods SHOULD be compatible with most body mods.

  • Textures that rely on the VTK format will be incompatible with this body.
As I am the co-creator of the UV Texture Framework, it only makes sense that it is the supported format for unique player textures for my body mods.

  • This mod is now compatible with the "automatic refit selection" Archive-XL feature used by clothing modders.

Known issues:
  • Some vanilla shirts and jackets may clip with one another.
    Spoiler:
    Show
This is due to my removing the "garment parameters" for some of the torso items. These determine how the vanilla clothing pieces deform to fit with one another, and these deformations cause the inner torso items to clip with the player body.
  • Texture boundaries are intermittently visible where the shoulders and neck meet the torso.
  • Vanilla tattoos from character creator may clip or float in some areas, but I have not noticed anything significant.
