I'm new to modding cyberpunk, and I installed this along with everything else that was recommended but my guy V's eyes and body is messed up, I can see through him and everything

It's an excellent mod, to be sure.
If you are still revising it, I would alter the pectoral lines.
The bulge you're looking for comes from development of the lower head of
the pectoralis major - which the game's default form can't accept.
Consider the torso like the frame of a kite with the center cross being directly
between the shoulder joints, the uppermost point at the base of the
skull and the lowermost point where the spine meets the pelvis.

Everything above the centerline will angel downward toward the shoulder joint.
    Everything below will angle upward.
Your pecs, because of the limitations of the game, break this rule in all but the most limited of poses.
If you do revise it, consider removing the implied development of the lower head with the new line running from the armpit, just over the nipple, to the sternum.
It's also marginally incorrect, but it should give you a better form in positions where any degree of extension is implied.
Otherwise, it's an excellent work and I thank you for your efforts.

this is kinda hard to visualize, but if you have some means of making a diagram or something, I'd be happy to see what I can do to make it as realistic as possible.

See this image, the pectoral group on the right in particular:

      https://steelsupplements.com/cdn/shop/articles/shutterstock_271785713_1000x.jpg?v=1620578100

All things being equal, the lowest head of the pectoralis major should slope strongly upwards toward the armpit from its insertion along the sternum and ribs
The bulge your texture seeks to recreate deviates from this rule by stressing hypertrophy along the lowest head in a way that the mesh can't really support so in the end, your lower chest strays down and toward the elbow and creates an unnatural aesthetic in MOST positions.
I get that were we able to shape the bodies more freely, having that type of musculature might be fun - but given your constraints - I promise you will be happier with the results if you try to conform to this rule.

I mean it when I say it is impressive that you've invested as much time into creating a proper musculature.  Most do not.  I spent much of my adult life as an athlete in two complimentary sports.  I was never paid per se, but I was properly sponsored... Which is still a distant second.  Regardless, I have made the development and maintenance of the body a central focus of my life and I appreciate when someone puts in the effort to represent it properly.

All of that in mind, how slick would it be if you took your same model and added the synskin lines and an external neural link like in the image below?
We all all have a ton of chrome, yeah?

Firstly, thank you so much for the mod, for me this is the best mod for V.
Secondly, I am interested in one question, why does this wonderful mod have problems with garment? That is, in fact, the dimensions of the new body are the same as vanilla, refits are not needed, I don't really understand why the updated clothing models are in the mod files. I really love playing with V's favorite T-shirt, and I noticed that with this mod, it clips with pants. In Wolven kit, I tried to solve the problem myself, added the garment parameter to the body mesh and replaced the T-shirt model with a vanilla one, and everything seemed to work without any problems. Can i ask the author why this is so, maybe there are some hidden reasons?

this is due to something called "Garment support" which is essentially deforming stuff to avoid clipping. Atlas's 1.2 update introduces garment support. It is currently the next thing on my to-do list to release. Just in final phases of testing.

My body and legs become invisible, only the head and arms stay. What can I do to fix this? I have the -KS- UV framework downloaded, and I did download the UV version of your mod. I don't have any other "body" mods in particular. I am wearing vanilla fitted mods like you said. I'm uncertain as to what is causing this. I downloaded it manually, what can I do to fix this? Thanks!

(p.s. I've figured it out. All I needed to do was to launch the game through RedLauncher. Great mod!)

Really nice mod. Looks realistic and humanly possible; unlike the super-hero body mods.
As for the arms, I think a small, (10%?) thickness increase and a slight improvement to the muscle tone, would be good and sit fit default clothing.

Unfortunately, an increase in thickness, even by that little bit, would definitely cause clipping with clothing, both vanilla and modded. I've got some arms in the works, but other projects took precedence over them. Assuming things went to plan in the process of sculpting them, they should still fit vanilla clothing, but I need to get more time with it in game to test myself and get a good look at so it doesn't look like muscular chicken-arms.

I was literally just coming here to request some arms, maybe with HD hand textures would be great. Awesome to see you are working on something.

Are there any future plans to implement Garment Support into Atlas?

Thank you for the work you put in making this mod.

Yes. It is planned to be the first of my body mods to get garment support. I have it partially functioning thanks to Tariq, but it only seems to work with garment support modded clothing, and not vanilla clothes.

This mod is incredibly underrated. Currently using with the UV-Compatible Masc V Body Overhaul and it looks awesome! Added bonus, it's the only way I can fix the massive gaps in the shoulder and neck without turning Masc V into a massive dude with mods like Gymfiend.

Shame that there aren't tattoo's or overlays meant to be compatible with this mod. I understand the tattoo texture hovering is a pretty minor issue, but it's pretty noticeable once you notice it. I've been using these custom tattoos for ages, and I'm trying not to notice the hovering or else it'll drive me nuts lol.

Are there any plans to change how the tattoos fit to the body and legs in the future?

Well any UV-Compatible texture mods will work with this.

Edit: Should have taken a moment to explain properly - the entire body is UV Framework compatible (provided you downloaded the UV option, ofc) where tattoos are located on the body is entirely up to the modder who made the tattoo and where they decided to map the designs they used.

And if you see tattoos hovering, its because they rely on the character creator menu's tattoo meshes, which will be slightly above the player body in some places. Those tattoos are not for the UV Framework, and use the old method of just replacing the textures of the aforementioned tattoo meshes.

Tats work fine, there are a ton of tats for UV, just have to load them after Arasaka Cyberarms and above the UV framework. I posted the load order that works earlier today (in a separate post).

Official (Pre-UV 4.0) UV Framework load order recommendation is:

      000_Cyberarms Mods
      002_Tattoo Overlay mods
      003_Normals Overlay Mods
      004_Material Instance(.mi file) mods
      005_Skin Texture mods
      006_Body Mod
      007_HQ Arms mods (If used)
      008_UV Framework

Honestly the only really important things are that everything is higher up in the load order than the framework, and special cyberarm replacers like Arasaka Cyberarms, are at the very top. Beyond that, the other placements are arbitrary.

Going off of your image you shared in KS troubleshooting, it looks like more of a texture issue than a mesh issue. Nothing I can do there except to suggest you try a different texture mod.

2.21 did not affect the player body mesh in any way, and as such, player body mods are also unaffected. The problem is either an issue with your load order, or you installed the UV Framework version without the UV Framework.
