As i said earlier, this mod is purely made of a cocktail of CDPR's vanilla file goodness and nothing else. No model or texture edits. So you shouldn't have any problem whatsoever with the mod. Is there a way for you to remove the hood scoop? i personally think it looks bad, and having a rustbucket version with the police steelies and normal hood would be fantastic.
I noticed in its mod description it replaced the G240 with the GT version and even though I have both mods installed I was wondering why the green vanilla one kept spawning every time I summoned it.
if you delete "thorton_galena_gt_swap.lua" from cvo's mod folder (found in [Hard Drive Name]\[Steam folder name]\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\Cyber Vehicle Overhaul\modules) it changes the appearance back to the vanilla appearance (or the selected look from this mod) while keeping the tweaks to speed, handling etc
The black and blue variant with the spoked rims has the same issue (missing tires) as the others. Unfortunately, the fix doesn't include the blue model with the black hood.
Also, would it be possible to have the hood made of carbon instead of glossy black?
I've seen recent mods that change the player G240's appearance to the GA32T, I've seen recent mods that give it the GA32T's engine sounds... but are there mods that give it the GA32T's performance? I found an old ancient one that has a few issues...
And yes, there is a significant performance difference. G240 has an anemic engine while the GA32T can actually get up and go.
Pardon me friend, but i'm not quite sure i understand what you mean, the mods you mentioned are both from me actually,...there's not been a single Galena mod (at least not that i have seen or know of), only one related is the "Change your favorite cars" mod from Dimasnik, which simply changes the car to any stock NPC ones. I wanted V's to be completely different and unique to them :)
I was the person who asked E3roKK to make the Galena 240 to GA32T swap mod a few years ago (https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/2947) and I still use it today. [Thank you again, E3roKK!]
Of all the awesome vehicles in this game, the GA32T is still my favorite car... for... some reason I cannot explain. It's just the prefect amount of speed and handling for tooling around NC, and with all the different skins one can use (with AMM or Vehicle Customizer SVE) , it can go from the red rust bucket a new edgerunner might start with, to shiny and polished.
Add in the mod Car Modification Shop and (with enough eddies) the GT can become a true road beast faster than a stock Caliburn!
I say all this as I would like to use *this* mod for the appearance changes, but not if it would overwrite the GT swap mod... Guess I will have to try it and find out?
So cool to come across this, love the Galena. But how do I get the one I want? I installed with Vortex and autofixer just has the usual busted Galena for sale.
Thank you, yes i make my mods purely vanilla with no dependencies so you don't ever have to worry about updates.

Funny how i hadn't noticed it haha. I think modding a large number of files and data entries can be taxing especially to the eye, so thank you very much for pointing it out! Fixed it

I would love the player version of the Thorton Galena GA32T to be replaced with the blue version.

i'm use the black version there is no problem except the "sporty alloy rim Version" when i call it sometime it spawn with no tire XD

i found another thing, The small rectangular section of the car's left rear that might be the fuel tank is still its original rust blue color.
But as for the wheels, seems it was the 3 variants with those alloys that weren't set to visible. All fixed
