I am using 1.4 of this mod. Crash revolver no muzzle slot. tried every fix including copy the tweakdb_ep1.bin to r6/cache/modded still no muzzle slot. I even uninstalled game and deleted all folders and reinstalled game, mod, and required mods still no muzzle slot on Crash Revolver. The Crash is one of the few early game headshot damage iconic revolvers so this mod you have made has real use if it can work. Currently it does not work for me.
I found out what was wrong. you need to create a folder in tweaks named Achilles and copy Muzzle for Revolver.yaml in it for mod to work. it just being in Tweaks and not Achilles it only works for normal revolvers not iconic.
very strange behavior, it may be that the when reloading the save the gun was turned from a quest item to normal gun with the id that is modified in this mod. or for some reason tweakXL treat yaml in and out folder differently.
For those who found muzzle for revolver didn't work with iconic revovlers (But works fine with non-iconic ones). One possible reason is that you had Unlock Me The Mods as well. These two mods accidentally changed the same property, which is Items.Preset_xxx.blueprint
Quick solution: 1. Open GameFolder\r6\tweaks\Tduality\iconic_Blueprints_apply.yaml (For me the correct path is D:\steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\r6\tweaks\Tduality\iconic_Blueprints_apply.yaml)
2. Search for key word "Overture" or "Items.Iconic_Power_Handgun_NoMuzzle_Blueprint", you should find many records like this: Items.Preset_Overture_River: blueprint: Items.Iconic_Power_Handgun_NoMuzzle_Blueprint # ... more records match the pattern
3. change all the records' blueprint property to Items.Iconic_Power_Handgun_Blueprint, then you shall make the record like this: Items.Preset_Overture_River: blueprint: Items.Iconic_Power_Handgun_Blueprint # ... more records match the pattern
4. save the yaml file, restart your game, and then everything shall be fine.
However, there should be a way without touching Unlock Me The Mods, and only modifying this mod, but it seems that this mod has a lower priority which means modifying this mod won't affect the final behavior of the game. I'm not familiar with mods so this is my solution for now.
I did use manual install. I just updated the prerequisites again and its working fine, so it was an issue with the prerequisites right after 2.1 update even though I had updated them then, there was some issue with them. Its fine now. Thanks.
Not showing in game for me. Have it saved under path E:\Cyberpunk 2077\r6\tweaks\Muzzle for Revolver. When I load the game, my RadioEXT works but this mod does not. Any help?
Running latest patch 2.12a GOG version and i wanted to add silencer on Overture, Tier 3 Overture with strix tier 3 works fine and shows up correctly sounds etc. Havent progressed further or checked with other silencers, later on i will update. I dont use any other weapon mods so.. Also all the other mods are as of their latest update.
Would love an SPT32 Grad (+Variants) option as well, nice work with this!
Curiously though, compared to the typical combination of Unequip Unremovable Scopes and Unlocked Attachments, is this mod just a more specific option that gives people choice of what is affected?
