About this mod
The latest update has made QianT Sandevistan practically useless(decent mitigation buffs though) so this mod is to return it's former glory or maybe beyond.

The time dilation, duration, mitigation and resistance buffs are tweaked across tiers of QianT "Warp Dancer" Sandevistan so that the progression feels more robust. Check the images to see what's changed. The values were tweaked to what I'd call "balanced" and I know this isn't exactly a return to the pre 2.0 days for this sandy. I like those damage mitigation and elemental resistance buffs and paired with the extreme time dilation at higher tier, it's still OP than any other vanilla sandy out there so don't hate me for it XD
You need CET for this and installing means dragging and dropping to the game folder, now go have some fun chopping up npcs in slo-mo !
