I have no idea how to use CET for making mods. I just scrolled through some mods file to figure out how to do this lol. The vehicle repair command is from this commands list uploaded by bartovalenza. I like the alerts that this command has so I just used that.
Requires CET.
Extract it into the main folder and you should be good to go or use Vortex.
