7/17/24Added a cost for repairing the vehicle!! Cost is 5% of the vehicle purchase price. For free vehicles the cost is a static 1500 eddies for bikes and 2500 for everything else. Alerts are on since it wouldn't make sense otherwise.
This was fun to try and learn how to do. I could have simply done a static repair cost for vehicles but a friend told me to do a vehicle based cost and so I did!
7/15/24Small change to repair tires. Repair doesn't stay after exiting vehicle, but at least it won't be flat while driving it! It now fixes hanging bumpers and parts that are loose. Engine also stops burning when the command is used :) Lost parts wont get replaced still. Lmk if yall find any other bugs and I can relay it to bartovalenza. 10/16/23 The creator of the command sent me a pm to test a better repair command. Will be testing it out and uploading. 10/15/23 UPDATE 1.0.1: The original creator of the command fixed the command so I updated the mod. The repairs stick when exiting the vehicle now yayay
10/15/23 Hey yall, so the repairs don't stick sometimes if you get out of the vehicle and I wouldn't know how to fix that. I think this has always been an issue because using the command by putting it into CET directly instead of via hotkey gives the same result. Since this isn't my command you would have to go to the creator here and ask them for a solution.
BUT it works when you are in your vehicle and that's all I personally care about. And besides, the repairs do stick sometimes.
was going through updating my mods for new patch; just a note this is happening still and its pretty crazy like the cars broke through the floor barrier and fell forever T-T i was falling into the blackwall
@SenseiDakara: Noice! Works as advertised, even on my 2.12 setup with outdated pre-reqs! And on vehicles changed via Vehicle Customizer. My only question now: While doing the key binding in CET, I discovered that AMM also has a vehicle repair functionality that can be hotkeyed.
How's that different from this one (apart from not being as nicely integrated with in-game interface & repair cost etc)? Or rather, does this one have any other functionality, that the AMM one does not have? Did observe that the AMM repair also brings back missing parts, which is a nice thing to have especially on vehicles which treat headlights as individual parts, but are there any other differences?
I am not a programmer so I wouldn't know what's different or even how they bring back parts. I also do not use AMM, so I guess this mod is for people like me who don't use it.
I have not had this happen to me. You mind doing a little mod disabling and find which mod may be causing this issue? Maybe first check if CET is updated

Totally fine if not, but any chance you could add a repair cost? Obviously I don't think it could be based on actual damage, but a flat cost is better than nothing :) 20% of the average vehicle cost might be a good value...

repair cost of 1-10k would be nice so we get eventually punished for spamming it. also - if the command could be triggered by an interaction with a world object would be sooo much cooler! like at a gas station or so.

Hey, I havent gotten back into the game yet. idk when I will cause im addicted to Warframe rn. but when i do I will add the cost. but I will probably not be able to add any interactions with gas stations cause idk how to do that
Same here. Loud metal crash sound, car flies off, still damaged (or even more because it hits something). Maybe a conflict with Improved Vehicle Persistence?
depends on the car - low suspension modded cars where getting bounced but its working fine for my vanilla rattler.
btw car modification shop has the same thing going on every time you install upgrades i think - and a maybe similar thing can also be seen sometimes when calling cars.
